What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About El Cajon

Quiet neighbors and well kept yards. Central location to stores and highways. Many plants and trees

coffee shops nearby, school is very close, like going to church and starbucks with my friends, gas stations and grocery stores nearby

Dennys Restaurants and neighborhood is mostly quiet. Great food draws people in the area. Take-out food will no doubt increase.

i love the energy in the neighborhood. there's so many people around and there's so many things to do

Everyone is really nice and friendly people love biking and going to the park that is really close to home

My neighborhood is unique because it is a very good mix of old and new architecture. I love all of the shops downtown and the restaurants are all fantastic.
