What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About East Palo Alto

My street is 10' off the ground so no cars, protected from floods, etc. There is a parking garage beneath it.

my nieborhood has changed since my family moved here over 50 years ago. my favorite local business here is the library. our library has many different things to do. they have movie night and different people visiting

It's very scenic and is located right by the bay shore. It's somewhat close to the city but is still pretty inhabited by nature.

Good neighbors friendly people nice stores nice view everything is nice out here both the buses and all that

I like the restaurants, people, schools, and community because it is a very homey place and community.
