    WARNING POTENTIAL TENANTS:
    Move in was good, but unfortunately that was not the case while moving out. I lived here for 3 years. My wife kept blaming me for entire duration of our stay at Eclipse :(
    During the move out inspection they told me that apartment condition is good, they will be charging for standard cleaning only and there won't be any other deductions and they will send me check of security deposit (less cleaning charges) within 21 days after the lease expires.
    I didn't receive a check until 4 weeks, I called them to check the status, they claimed carpet needs replacement as they replace carpet every 5 years and tenants are liable to pay the charges. They refused to refund the security deposit.
    I read my lease contract and there's no such clause about carpet replacement and tenants liability to pay carpet replacement charges.
    Don't think once you hand over that security deposit that you will get it back when your lease is up. As soon as you move out, they will take your entire security deposit as well as charging you EXTRA on top of that. They will charge you to replace the floors/carpet and repaint ALL the walls even though it's NOT even necessary.
    Another thing I want to bring up is management is rude and not helpful. I wanted to take in house transfer from upper level to ground floor before each lease renewal. Each time I requested in house transfer before renewing the lease, they said it's not possible you have to pay transfer charges. I said my lease is expiring anyway, I'm starting new lease and whole new contract, I'm not terminating the lease and even I was ready to give 30 days notice. They didn't agreed, they just wanted that $500 transfer charges. They did the same thing to me at 2nd lease renewal also.
    Also their rates are super high and min of 15-20% increase in rent every year. I have researched other apartments in Dublin area and they are cheap and better than Eclipse. This is not a place to live with family if you kids.

    Living at Eclipse Dublin Station has been great for me. Management and maintenance respond quickly to your needs, and it's a quiet and comfortable complex. The location has been extremely helpful for me the past 3 years. I would recommend living at Eclipse.
