What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Downey

Where I live, it's a 3 minute down the hill to any part of town. You can go to different areas of town from where I live. My family and friends live close.

Small town everybody knows everybody it's beautiful here old buildings children play wherever they want there's not a lot of crime and there's not a bunch of population and I do love my local businesses

I love her only because I have no other places to live. Rent is so expensive everywhere. There are a few shopping centers and restaurants that are nice. Those also have become costly. Bussed and metro are nearby.

I like that there's a lot of new restaurants and retail stores. There's a lot of commerce being developed which makes shopping convenient.

The things i like about my neighborhood is the people and how friendly they can be. I also really like that i feel safe walking on the sidewalk alone during the day. I like how there is not homelessness.

The walking path nearby, the parks where my kids can play. Their school Is within walking distance and there is a police station near the park they play at.
