What Renters Like and Dislike About Diamond Bar

Where I live, it's a 3 minute down the hill to any part of town. You can go to different areas of town from where I live. My family and friends live close.

Small town everybody knows everybody it's beautiful here old buildings children play wherever they want there's not a lot of crime and there's not a bunch of population and I do love my local businesses

Most of my neighbors are immigrants from Asia, so the restaurants are not to my liking and. But the homes are mostly well cared for. I can find restaurants within 10 miles. Lots of outdoor activities in the area.

My neighborhood has lots of good schools so there are. A lots of students d lots of restaurants for young people.

The walking path nearby, the parks where my kids can play. Their school Is within walking distance and there is a police station near the park they play at.

Accessible to local stores and resturants. It's unique because it overlooks a river and its scenety year round is beautiful.
