Management is actually very responsive to any concerns we may have. I dont think management is the problem, I think the apartment complex just has a lot of issues. There has been an increase in pest activity as of lately. Another common problem are the neighbors disposing furniture in the dumpster area; forcing the waste company from not making weekly pick ups. Parking is also difficult due to neighbors leaving their parked car for days.
If management wasnt as responsive, then I would definitely avoid this place. In comparison to other apartment complexes, management is decent.
I have been a resident since 2015 and wouldn't recommend.
Buildings are older with minimal maintenance. However, maintenance requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of the request.
You only get 1 assigned parking spot with a 2BD and the leasing agent, when asked prior to signing the lease, stated that there are plenty of unassigned parking spots if you have a second vehicle. This was a deliberate and very misleading statement. The truth is there are no open spots after 5pm, even on the street. Front gate remains open 24/7 so not a secure parking lot.
Corporate management increases the rent every year. The year lease increase is $1,200-$1,560 annually and to convert to the month to month option, the annual increase is $3,600-$3,960. The leasing agent, when asked for a reason, advised this was due to the comp's in the area.
