Our unit wasn't ready and we had to follow up to get things done for awhile. The air-conditioning unit can only handle the bedroom. A little expensive for the what you get. The bathroom was poorly designed for counter space and cabinet storage. All facets are nice looking but operate with hassle and design causes water spillage over the entire area. Neighborhood has a lot of undesirables loitering outside and panhandling, some aggressively!

Overall I loved living at the Parsons. My roommate and I lived at the complex while a lot of renovations were going on but did not mind since it seemed to go by quickly without being too invasive. The results of these renovations were great also, loved living at such a modern upscale complex for such a great price. What provoked me to give a low rating is because the main property manager was horrible. Every interaction my roommate and I had with her was unpleasant from the beginning.
The ten is RIDUCULOUSLY high for the space that you get. The upgrades are cheap and the no matter how many coats of paint you put on the place- it's not worth the value in rent. No air conditioning- windows that have NO cross breeze ventilation. It takes FOREVER for any maintenance to get completed. The maintenance crew is great, but the property manager does not follow up and is forgetful about requests or work-orders. AC is only in some units.
