A couple of minor complaints; we would prefer an upgraded kitchen faucet and an extra parking space. We've seen people park their vehicles taking up 2 spots in the garage. Kind of dumb. Residents vehicles are registered with Camden. Some residents get 2 spots even if they only have 1 vehicle. I've got 1 spot but 2 vehicles. Seems like a waste. Difficulty parking and lost times of any giving day.

The staff here at Camden Martinique is incredibly helpful and friendly. The real issues have to deal with the demographic that has chosen to reside here, I presume it has to deal with being so close to OCC. They tend to wreckless and ungrateful for the community they live in.
Also, it would be really great to be able to purchase a second parking garage spot as walking out to the car is always an iffy situation.
