I've called this property and email several times. No one answers or responds. Very unprofessional!
The townhouses themselves themselves are beautiful, but the manager is never on site. I scheduled an appointment to see an empty unit and when I arrived, the leasing office was closed, door locked and no note on the door. I waited 20 minutes before a maintenance guy came up and asked what I was waiting for. He called the manager, still couldn't reach him and asked if he could show me the unit. I got to see it, it was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for, but I was never able to reach the manager again to even discuss the possibility of renting. Good luck getting in!!
It was a disappointment.. I left a few emails and also left a few voicemails...NO ONE had the courtesy to respond from Magnolia. Nonetheless. We found our home now and tbeir service was excellent. I dont know how living here is but since I received nothing at all...I would have to go with the lowest star.
I keep trying to contact the property to find out availability and get a voicemail almost every time. When I do reach someone, he tells me he will take my info and get back to me but never does. If these places weren't so great, they would never rent them out because the leasing manager is never there and doesn't seem to return phone calls.
I lived here for a year with two roommates and it was decent. The townhomes are meant for families and the rooms are fairly big. The kitchen is super spacious filled with cabinets. Mainly quiet outside. The only amenities is the pool and basketball court. My only two complaints were that its SO hard to get a hold of the leasing manager. The office claims to be open from 9-5 but he is never there. Never answers his phone. He is nice but somewhat unprofessional dressing in sweats and a tee shirt. If youre trying to lease, good luck. It took me a while to get a hold of him. Second is that everyone has a two parking garage yet so many residents park in front of the garage and its a pain go back out. Most people use their garage as storage and park outside of their garage. Ive never had too much difficulty finding parking but thats because everyone parks illegally on the fire lane. Theres also roof parking thats about 50 bucks a month but only had a few spaces.
