I like that it has a lot of shopping and restaurants to eat from. it is very convenient to the freeways, not too far but within respectable driving distance

Their is a great Italian restaurant nearbie that we visit quit regularly. There are several parks nearbie as well as a nice view of the snow capped San Gabriel mountains.

Local shops, gas stations and restaurants. Close to hospitals and freeways. Most all of my neighbors know each other and have respect for others. We have a community pool and tennis courts that are well maintained

My neighborhood is relatively quiet with very few parties. The neighborhood is full of families. Neighbors are friendly. I live on a cul-de-sac that only has 3 houses. Lots of trees and bushes. It is close to everything we need.
