Do not rent from here. You will be sorry. The manager, Elias, is condescending and rude. When we came into sign the lease, he literally said to our faces that no one has ever gotten their full deposits back. He's right. We got a bill in the mail after living there less than a year. There were damages that were there when we moved in and we noted everything in the checklist. Window frames were bent, chipped paint and a hole in the shower, cabinets chipped away and dirty, paint on the windows, cabinets, carpet, because painters do such a crappy job. Air conditioner barely works. Gate is always open.The place is falling apart, literally. Gutters are hanging by the hinges, wood is rotting and plants growing in gutters. Pool closed and drained twice for repairs. Basically they don't want to pay for the repairs that needed to be done so they bill the tenants instead. Oh and tenants are required to pay for carpet cleaning. Elias said $75 but charged $100 instead. Don't rent there.

Outside presentation so bad I didn't even get out of my car to see a leasing agent. Poorly kept
