The property manager isn't fair. They have a no pet policy and yet the apartment next to his has 2 dogs that bark all day. He isn't fair when it comes to assigning parking. The 2 bedroom 2 bathroom which is the biggest apartment here he splits the assigned park far away from the units and charger you $20 a month extra to park there. Also you as him to have something fix in the unit and he ignores the problem I gave 2 burner working since I been here for over 2 years.

Thank you so much for this feedback. There are some service animals that are on the premises as required by law. If you experience any issues with noise of any kind, please notify the manager. We want your living experience to be as pleasant as possible.


Thank you so much for your feedback. There are no pets allowed at Orange Glen. If you are hearing dogs barking, it could be from a neighboring area or it is a legal companion animal. Please come by the office and let us know what unit has any burners that are not working properly. We work hard to keep all aspects of your apartment home in working order. We have made upgrades to the parking since you wrote this, and I trust you are satisfied now.

The carpets are to old. :( wish the can change them; since I have a little one. Even if I clean them often, old stains come out. Utencilies are old also. I like its very family oriented environment.

For a long-standing resident who may need replacement, please let us know and we can take a look at this with you. We know that parking is always important to our residents. We have just completed renovating our parking for Orange Glen. Thank you for your feedback.

Apartment manager is very good. However, parking is limited. There is no available parking for the renter's second car, except for a few. Handicapped parking is very limited too, specially in front. Maybe the owners can improve this.

Thank you for your reply. As with most properties in this area of Chula Vista, parking space is at a premium. We are always looking for ways to make this easier for our residents. Right now, we are in the process of assigning parking spaces to see if that will improve this for you. We follow all state regulations with regards to handicapped spaces. If you are experiencing a particular problem, please come to the office and let us work on it with you.


Thank you for your reply. Parking is always important to our residents so we recently renovated our parking lots. All handicapped parking is set up to meet all government guidelines.
