I understand rules are rules but theres never vistor parking at all!
Ive been there about six times in the past two months and no parking at all.
I decided to visit my friend fast, looked for 30 minutes around casa lago and there was not a single spot. Parked infront of his garage, in less than 15 minutes my car was gone.
Couldnt find a sign which tow company took my car or where to call, until I called security.
The whole thing took an hour and a half ended up paying $389.
There should be places specifically for visitors since residents take all those parking places.
Even with the permit if they are staying overnight, good luck having friends and family over, near to impossible to find parking spots during evening hours.
Management constantly sends negative emails to the entire community regarding the bad actions of the few. This is a passive aggressive way of trying to resolve specific issues. No good tenant wants to constantly have to read negative emails from the property management. My family is going to early terminate our lease because we are so fed up with all the negative energy we are dealing with due to the property team being unable to resolve issues directly with at-fault tenants.
The management is horrible and the neighborhood is so noisy. Takes forever to get things fixed or repaired. Not very sanitary if you have a toilet that is broken. Kitchen is very small too...no storage and very cramped.
The water pressure is very low, the toilets do not flush efficiently and clog due to the poor water pressure. The smoke detectors go off every time I turn the oven on, even though it is not smoky, the ventilation is not very great. And a pet rent is charged even though there is no added space for having the pets and I already have to pay a pet deposit. This seems rather excessive to me. There is also no linen closet or adequate storage space (for food cupboards, dishs, stuff, etc.
everything is close to perfection in living here at casalago. but the only problem we have is the parking. if given an assigned parking it would be excellent and perfect! some neighbors who have 2car garage still park their car outside. they would park their car outside in the morning til night. wish they would really implement towing!
