Need two bedrooms fitnesses room sauna and a washer and dryer

I have lived here for 3 yrs. I've seen a lot of changes. The Office staff are very professional. Everyone looks out for each other.

When i needed something fixed i got u must of done something the landlord is not going to fix it maybe you need to upgrade

you got no parking ... that not right .. you need to check your lot .. wow live there but cant park there no no no..

Terrible management people rude nasty and they could care less once you are a tenant you the office staff look at you only as a money pit they charge you for many things and think nothing of razing the rent high every year they have no compassion for the tenants and they have no amenities no fun trips no trips at all it takes firever to get anything repaired and or clean the carpets every year and don't hold your breath if you think they will have the outside window's cleaned. They have notbeen clean for more then 5 years or more.not even have the new monaco apts in from of villa serena been cleaned and they are 3 years old. Their is not enough parking so any new tenants cannot have a car and there is absolutely no parking for guest or family so no one can come visit also all the rules for the pool go out the window when they close the office at 5 so good luck finding a nite at the pool when there are not a dozen people and kids in the pool and jacuzzi. There is no security guard on duty ever so the rules on the pool jacuzzi and parking not followed so kids are in the jacuzzi and some tenants sneak there friends and family in when there is some empty parking space's and that makes it difficult for tenants to find a parking place. Needless to say this is a terrible place to live
