Management dont care about facts, they lack communication, and dont stand by their word. They can breach agreements but expect you to withhold your end. They will keep a good portion of your security deposit and not provide receipts or invoices for actual cost incurred. And.they dont care about returning your security deposit in a timely manner.

I've lived at Pomona West Apartments for almost 1 year, and I have loved it. Every time there has been a small problem in my apartment, management fixes it within a few days, no questions asked. The apartment's are very spacies, bigger than a lot of houses I have seen in Chico. In the summer me and my roommates go swimming at the pool, and will play games in the grass. I have loved living here, and I highly recommend this apartment complex for anyone looking.

I live at Pomona West Apartments. This complex is great. Huge rooms, large living rooms, kitchen, closed gates at night, washer/dryer in every apartment. Also, leases are separate which is amazing. These are all things that I was looking for in an apartment. I love living here at Pomona west, their prices are great for what they offer. My apartment is right next to the pool and the basketball court which is awesome because I'm never bored. Also, they were the only apartment complex that was cool with me having a large dog. It's a great complex for pets because of the large landscape and their dog park. My puppy made so many new friends at Pomona west. It really feels like home.
