Houses are well kept. Walking distance to great elementary school. Easy access to main roads. Short walk to wonderful trail.

My neighborhood is family friendly. You can walk down the street and see people you've known for 25 years. The homes are well-maintained as are the yards. It's a private quiet neighborhood.

Being my age i don't go out that much. I love how safe and quiet it is. The unique feature is all the trees in the area.

We have three parks within walking distance of our home that's great for kids or pets.. I have multiple places I can shop and great places to eat. We also have a rental property next door that's rarely vacant due to desirability of our area.

The neighbors are nice and very friendly. It's somewhat quiet at night and peaceful. I'd like to see more community involvement

It is quiet, clean and friendly environment. Close to local entertainment areas, such as restaurants, bars, pubs, shopping centers where one can meet with friends and enjoy an leisurely afternoon or evening.
