The location is the best part about living here. The water is shut off way more often than seems reasonable. And the noise from the pool pump next door makes it unbearable to open our windows between 8:30am and 8:30pm.
This place was great until the previous manager left. She worked very hard to make the complex a great community and really took feedback to heart. Without her, the complex seems more like a money-machine for the management. Clean, attractive, well maintained grounds. Very friendly maintenance staff. Quiet environment, nice neighbors. I like the recent upgrades to unit. Always easy to park.
