I lived here for more than 3 years and I had good memories, but i won't recommend anyone to stay 1200 riverside anymore.

First, they never believe you!
No matter what happened with your apartment, it's your fault, you have to take the consequences and pay the price, even though it's their problem.

Second, they don't care!
They raise rent almost $100/month every year, but they don't do anything to your apartment.

Third, you can't say anything!
Just obey the rule, don't ask the question, because they have all the rights, you don't.

Think again, so you don't have to make my mistake!

there is not a single thing that a resident in this place can be proud of, is there? Examples 1. problems at the laundry... management suggests....you(me) call the service company, yes at midnight and my wash stuck in the machine.... response from servicer.... will have it serviced in TWENTY FOUR HOURS .....GREAT RESPONSE. 2. Underground garage is and feels like a COOKING OWEN with majority of the exhaust pumps permanently at rest. 3. Try entering the GATE at front east side of east wing building.carrying a grocery bag and imagine it is raining...experience the difficulty of reaching for the mechanical key and the MIGHT/STRENGTH that it requires to pull open the gate. should this keyless sensor be maintained broken?... 7 years no fix. 4. Compare the main entrance appearance with east wing... filled with cigarette buts, chewing gum and other filth shameful 5. Convex mirror... supposed to be assisting entrance and exit out of the underground garage... has any one ever bothered to see where is it located and what is it doing? 6. Your paying rents on line website... why is it not allowing for scheduling a selected DATE and preferred amount to pay? 7. WHY NOT ALLOW me paying through my bank online at my will... consequences if any is my problem... not yours, anyways. 8. Mail is supposed to be delivered to our door... why should I be walking back and forth to collect my mail.....this INCONVENIENCE was CREATED during your last building RENOVATION.... that was a negative convenience created . 9. Why are the plants at other than the main entrance are in such PATHETIC CONDITION? 9. One good thing that ever improved in my last ten years of tenancy here, is that LIGHTING GOT BETTER on this side east/front and the rear/main (office) door seems to close/function as expected.... it just took 7 years for this fix to happen.

My daughter's car was towed and impounded while she was visiting me. The leasing office said they did not know that the car belonged to her and that it wasn't registered with the lease. However, they were asked when signing the lease what type of car they had and they were seen multiple times in the car by the leasing office staff members. She also had been parking her car in the same spot for the 8 months she has been living here. Another concern that I have is the lack of concern or intervention for the duck and her ducklings trapped in the swimming pool. One of the ducklings was dead in the pool when I was visiting. Apparently the hose that was there was removed because someone was trying to fill the pool to a higher level so the ducks could get out. These are just a couple of examples of issues that my daughter and I have had to contend with. There doesn't seem to be any sense of community here.
