What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Beaumont

I like that my neighborhood does not have cookie cut houses. There's a variety of styles. Within 5 minutes of freeway access and shopping

I like that everything is somehow nearbmy place of residence and the schools are walking distance. Inlike that there nearby parks and center for children to play and adults to do fitness.

Very close to the grocery store. We'll maintained yards. Friendly neighbors . You can walk to the mailboxes around the corner and you don't see foot traffic.

I really don't like it here trying to move there really isn't much to do here so everybody just does drugs

I like the fact that my neighborhood is peaceful. It's not to quiet where you don't hear any noise, but quiet enough that you can sleep and do meditation without being disturbed. I also like that there isn't much traffic.

I love the small mom and pop businesses that help make our not only unique but keeps us plenty supplied with amazing food and products.
