What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Atascadero

Neighbors are on the most part friendly. We also have access to beautiful beaches. Our neighborhood has great restaurants and fast food places as well in all different price ranges.

I like the park. There is a shopping center that is walkable. I am also not far from the beach by car. You can ride the bike path to the beach and multiple parks.

I've never felt unsafe. It's quiet, there's great visibility and people are friendly without being invasive. I never feel like people are mal-intended.

My friends live right around the corner which I love and there's a lot of parks nearby which I take my dog to. Everything is also walking distance so I can easily walk everywhere.
