What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Arden-Arcade

I like that it is a relatively quiet neighborhood with easy access to shops and near public transit.

The area is close to store. It is in walking distance to the park. It close to the Safeway and target store.

I like the cleanliness of the streets. I love having a good park nearby. It is not too far from some pretty good restaurants, and shopping. If we had to, we could even walk to shop.

Near the freeway but closer enough to the local river to take walks near by on trails or biking. I'm also located in a a neighborhood that has locally owned shops & restaurants

The trees and well maintained common areas. Grocery stores and restaurants within walking distance.

It's an older neighborhood so nothing cookie cutter about the homes. We have many friends nearby that I can walk or ride my bike to. Same for restaurants.
