Only 4 MI from Disneyland. So there are plenty of restaurants and related businesses. Tourist centric and accessible. One doesn't have to go far for any services.

Lots of greenery and trees. Safe community inside the townhouse complex. Complex is open so homeless think they have right to be there like a public street. Homeless do not stay but feel they can walk and even park in townhouse complex because there is no security gate but of course this is private property.

I like this it's relatively close a lot of things. It's alright right off the freeway so it's easy to get places.

There are stores restaurants close in several directions. I like to go shopping. Movies, get coffee with friends. Go walk the trails all close by

It has many shops . it is clean. It is fun and cool. There is helping neighbors.There is nice flowers

The neighborhood is an area situated around an elementary school. There is close proximity to a large beautiful park.
