The Management makes up rules and don't sign a lease for a Year they never speak to you face to face they don't have on site managers just there snitches housing vouchers will get in trouble everyday. If you have a family member with A Brain aneurysm and will have any difficulties there attitude is apauling Cynthia the Manager is the worst person i have ever come in contact with my daughter is currently dealing with just her. The office personal lie everytime they speak the office clerks they had quit because of there lie's they had to be apart of. Apaulling #37 Don't rent this unit everything is far from remodeled. I wouldn't rent here if i had to be homeless witch they hate so word of advice stay away bad people from start to end. Get a lawyer you will for sure need one if you choose here. signed Glad i was able to get out. Thank you The Maintenance is the biggest joke of all can not fix anything.

Great leasing agents, maintenance team and property manager. They are courteous, professional and its always pleasant to speak management even when they have to correct you for something. There are many pets and some young demographic/children but you wouldnt know it because neighbors are quiet, respectful and everyone curbs their pets. There is a plethora of gas stations, dining, banking, shopping, entertainment and grocery outlets and freeway access all within a very, very close proximity. You certainly could not ask for a better location! -Wes

I didn't like the 1 parking spot guarantee for a 2 bedroom especially with such a high price. I'd rather pay that amount for an apartment that guarantees me 2 spots.
