Ive been living here for over three years. The place is located nearby freeways and also some groceries. My apartment is so cozy. I would also like to say the staff is so friendly, kind and professional specially the maintenance staff.

I lived in this condominium, the experience was terrible, the management was terrible and the neighbors were noisy, unorganized, and besides, when I left, a deposit of 1$ was returned to me, an absurdity, because I paid a deposit of 1500$ ! I left the apartment clean and nothing broken!i dont recommend!

I really like to live here, management is very efficient and kind, the only complaint I have is The pool should be updated. People just like to complain. I recommend this place.

I have been living here for more than 2 years and The office staff are so nice and kind and always helpful to me.The floor plan is very spacious and parking anywhere in Anaheim is difficult. The maintenance is okay but they are a little bit rude, Overall I recommend this place.

Management is horrible.everybody is too rude and unkind all the time.No parking lot. Every year your rent will be increased like $100 per month even if you get good price first year. Usually they do Pest control every 3months and you must get rid of all the stuffs in the all cabinet .Its too much work and very tired. You can see many bugs.summer time too many ants frm outside.if you use air conditioning or heat little more than usual .you should get the utilities bill over $300.swimming pool is very dirty.i dont use it.gym is super small.most equipment is out of order. Only good this is that near freeway,near shopping mall and near park.thats all.
