Stadium House is the best place i've lived at where i actually feel at home. Staff and residents are nice and friendly. The events are a good way to meet your neighbors and network. I love the "Wine Down Wednesday". I recommend Stadium House as the beat place to live!

Previous Management Company

Ive been living there for 3 years. The apartment has flooded 3 times and management has not even cared about changing the carpet. I was experiencing for years health issues and all related to bacteria. So I got to the conclusion that was bacteria at the carpet. And I submitted the leaving notice. But on the other hand...Several times Ive returned home and there is something black at the bathtub. Also constantly the toilet bowl is having a black ring mark. Ive referred this problem several times to the leasing office with the response that there is an issue with Anaheim city waters. So today I returned to my apartment and there is excrement coming out from the bathrooms. Both bathrooms are flooded with excrement and the used waters are passing to the hallways. I called the emergency number for maintenance issues and was told, "well, we requested permission to enter to your apartment and you refused... let me call the maint. manager to see what he says now. (Today I received a call from maintenance requesting permission to enter to my apt and I told them that unfortunately this time I couldn't grant permission cause there were 2 suitcases opened and there was money all over, my purse, two computers, my passport... a mess since I just returned from vacations. It was never mentioned that it was an emergency but that the neighbor next to me had a clogged bathroom sp they wanted to make sure mine was not clogged. I said they needed to wait until I returned from work). After hours waiting a maintenance person went to my apt, saw the excrement and told me nothing can be done cause there is no plumber available. I and was told that the building has a design defect on the piping system that affect my apartment. That the excrement from other apartments could back flow to my apartment. So, in conclusion all the 3 years that Ive found a black bathtub, it was excrement and the management never notified me of any piping issue that could potentially affect my health.

My husband and I have been here for a little over a month and are enjoying it. We've had a couple of minor maintenance issues, but they are there to fix things quickly. The property is well maintained.
