Regency Plaza is a quiet and family friendly complex. I was lucky enough to have found it in 2010 when I first moved to California. The office staff is nice and the maintenance staff is great at their job. Especially Pat, he is very knowledgeable and is such a nice guy. The manager Alicia has gone above and beyond in making this complex beautiful and safe. There has been so many upgrades since she took over. She has always been friendly and nice to me and my family. I've been happy living here and calling it home for so long.

They fix things as soon as they can, overall very friendly. Only downside is I hear the cameras in the parking lot dont work and there might be some favoritisms happening parking-wise. People with reserved parking spots are parking on non-reserved spots and creating inconvenience for the rest of us who live close to the parking areas these individuals decide to stay on.

Very rude manager Alicia, no visitors parking they made us pay for the cheap material cabinets, whose color peeled off in few months n we were told we damaged those. Once one of my friends car got towed, n it wasnt even parked for a while, not flexible at all when it comes to tenants, they talk to you like you are staying there for free, common man, we r paying to live there, not living for free If u dont have any self respect , then u can go there to live. we r still traumatized with living experience in this apartment

Overall the complex is great, only problem is rent goes up a lot every year. Should have better rates for people who live here year after year.

Just the other day I got home from work and there was a truck parked in my parking space. I went ahead and called a tow truck after I waited to see if someone would move it. They told me to stay by my car so the wouldn't tow my car and that it would be like 40min. So I waited, just to find out from the tow truck driver that the truck that was in my space was a painters that was painting one of the vacant apartment. I told him I'm sorry but can you move it? I've waited this long and I have already told the ladies at the office multiple times to let them know not to park in my space please, the tow truck driver told me they are coming to move it. So I asked him I want to know who called and how do you know they're coming to move it. He didn't answer my question and shortly after that the worker shows up to move the truck after I was waited for 1hr at this point. I ask the guy excuse me may ask who told you to park her it clearly says on this sign reserved parking and he stayed quiet and pretty much ignored me, I was super upset at the fact that this is not the first time it's happened and the way the situation was handled by the office I'm sure cause their was no way the tow truck driver knew ofc the top of his head that belonged to a worker. And on top of that I never received a call from the "Manager like I was supposed to.
