The viewing process was very easy and the representative was sent over an informative email that covered all my questions.
This apartment isnt bad to live. Everyone has their own experience and expectations. It all depends on which side of unit and who your neighbors are youre living with. There are some pro and cons of this place. Based on living here for few years, my patience and annoyance has been gone down from 10 to 2. So, you make your own decisions after reading my review, whether you are interested to move in or move along to next place.
So here are my pros and cons.
1. During summer, place doesnt get too hot. Just warm. (Not facing the sun)
2. Big closet spaces.
3. Office employees are nice.
4. Gym facility.
5. Not far from 5 and 91 fwys.
1. Other owners pet constantly barking anytime of hours. Security patrols doesnt do anything about pet barking even at late hours.
2. Not enough parking space, if you come home late hours. If you want your own space, you have to pay additional fees per month.
3. Constant loud noises of people talking whether crack of dawn or late sleeping hours at parking lot and loud car musics playing.
4. Walls are thin, so you hear upper unit heavy feet walking and kids running around stomping noises.
5. Kitchen sink have slow drainage.
6. Utilities are paid separately. Payment can get bit pricey, even if you havent been at home for usage.
Once finding a good place and lease Is up, Ill be leaving this place.
Kristen was very helpful in the process. Great community and amenities
It's very good apartments, i love the amenities and the community here ,kristen is the best. She helped me to move in very fast and smooth.
I just moved in a few weeks ago and let me just say, this place is great. Kristen helped me move in and was so nice from start to finish. The amenities here are great. I use the gym daily and no longer have a membership at my old gym. I havent used the movie theater yet but I plan on it soon! This place is huge and quiet I cannot believe it. I would recommend this place to anyone and if you read this ask for Kristen she is helpful and friendly to talk too.
