Jefferson has been a great place for me and my wife and 2 dogs. We have great amenities in the community, the apartment is modern and spacious, and the staff has been super helpful and kind to us. We love it here and renewed our lease for another year!

For as expensive as this place is, you would expect great service. Instead, they treat you with neglect. This place is unorganized and you have to stay on top of them to fix anything. Since Ive moved in, Ive had an incredible number of issues - parking issues, package deliveries issues, hit and run, incorrect billing, irresponsive staff, excessive noise, etc. Did I mention Ive only been here 7 months? Seems like a pretty lengthy list for such a short amount of stay thus far. I am definitely not looking forward to the next few months in this place. The apartments across the street will be ready soon. I suggest you look there instead. Lastly, most positive reviews are skewed. We are incentivized to write reviews, so most are written when people first move in. At that time, were still enchanted by the look of the place, but we havent had a chance to really experience living here.
