What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Alameda

I like the close access of shopping centers, parks and playing fields. There is a great movie theater with easy access and a great balance of fast food and casual restaurants.

Nice view in contact with water nice view and neigbors, police station nearwe can ride th bike and walk during the day and it is safer and we have a park close

We have an unique lagoon that is Beautiful and provides recreational walk. There are sufficient local shops and grocery stores. We like strolling around the lagoon and going to the shops and restaurants.

I love that we are walking distance to the beach. I also love that I can walk to downtown and the history of the town.

I love the quiet neighborhood. I love that there are parks nearby to walk to. I love that the water is near to us. I love that Safeway and Starbucks are close by.

Bars, restaraunts, movie theater, beach, shopping all within walking distance. We also have an arcade, mini golf, pinball museum and the ferry is the best form of transit.
