Apple Valley Townhomes

Dont live here. I left after two months. I had my rent drafted out. Mays rent was taken and then returned to me because my bank thought it was fraudulent. Not a problem. I call the office and they tell me I now owe them $960 for this months rent. When it still should have been my $830 regular since it wasnt my fault. Diane said it was because of insufficient funds in my account. I called my bank and they said they booted it back because they suspected fraud. After receiving a Threatening voice mail from Diane herself. I left. No shame in it either... oh and the roaches are a thing here. I should have stayed in Conway.

Apple Valley is a wonderful place to live. The Townhouses are located on a quite secluded street off hwy 107. The staff is very friendly an accommodating; and maintenance issues are always addressed quickly. I enjoy living here.

I moved in a few months ago. I have found the neighborhood to be quiet and my neighbors helpful and friendly. Any issues that I have had the office personnel put in maintenance request for me and was fixed promptly. The price is awesome I could not find anything in this area that was comparable and as nice as my new home for $750! I highly recommend.

I live at Apple Valley Townhomes in Sherwood and have for several years. This is a great place to live. Management is friendly and any repair and maintenance items that need attention are addressed promptly!

Honestly, living here has been very inconvenient. Since I lived here my downstairs flooded due to uninsulated Walls, car broken into, and just recently a pipe bust and leaked on my nice rug and couch. Management really didn't care when i asked about it and didn't show any sympathy. Yes they "fixed" the issues but it always seemed like it was something going wrong. They mainly care about the money and less about the people in those homes. The homes here are old and need to be better inspected for future residents.
