Any reviews people read about Stone Manor before 2015 should be ignored. I moved here in June of 2015 and new management has been amazing. They've consistently done major improvements since I moved in and the progress hasn't slowed down. When I have a maintenance issue, they take care of it very quickly. Everyone working for the management now are really quick to respond to any concerns and are always extremely courteous.

First meeting to see the property and talk to a representative was a comfortable experience, Sophie was my first point of contact. The apartments are in an excellent location, easy access to interstate, shopping, dining, entertainment, and the NWA trail. Charming apartments landscape, fitness room, swimming pool, and dog park. The apartment layout is well planned, and have ample parking available.

Over all good place to live. Needs paint on the buildings in spots (pool house trim). Seems like there's more and more bare spot in grass areas. But I have noticed some smalls things getting fixed up recently

I like that Stone Manor is a gated community and has mostly older tenants who are respectful of each other. I've lived here for a year and a half and have never had any noise problems from other tenants living next door or below. Love the recently renovated, beautiful Pool area complete with Cabana's and Grills. The exercise room is modest, however, it was recently updated and you have 24 hour access.
