Nice and quiet, low rent and they are renovating the apartments currently. Also, Dorthy is nice, just an introvert. :)

I lived there 6 years ago. The apt was clean and very affordable. Quiet and safe, close to shopping.
The only negative thing was Dorothy the manager. Very grumpy, never smiles.
