Ive lived here for 3 years and i Loved my stay here. I lived in the updated unit which was very nice at a reasonable price. New Management came in and established a lot of great changes including a dog park that my sweet Chloe loved. Just moved out because my job transferred me to Georgia. I will miss this place.
We hated our stay the entire time, you have to stay on them just to get simple things fixed etc. Maintenance would even sign off on some things and didn't even step foot in our apartment (I had an alarm system and could see whenever someone was in there). Once I moved out they contacted me about a charge that was supposedly due within a week "or would be sent to collections". Although I didn't want to pay them because the charges were complete bull crap, I did just to be completely done with them. Two weeks later I get a call from a collection agency saying I never paid. They don't write receipts unless you request and luckily I asked for one every time I turned in rent etc. Be sure when dealing with them you keep records of EVERYTHING because they are completely unorganized. Honestly the apartments are mediocre for the "luxury" price you pay.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. These apartments smell, are nasty, and WAY TO EXPENSIVE FOR THE LOOKS. Management will blow you off and ignore you.
Looks are deceiving. Management, maintenance, current residents are rude disrespectful and nasty. Just ask anyone whose lives here within the last 3 years.
I absolutely hated my time spent at Lexington. For starters the apartment was NOT move-in ready when I arrived first day, the even lost my dang key. They had to call a locksmith to come out and open up the apartment. I had a bedroom door where it looked like someone punched the door, loose tiles, drier was not drying properly, the list goes on and on. They will try to ease you over with "new owners" but it's still a few of the same lazy office workers and maintenance crew I have ever met. They are horrible with repairs and pretty much think silly putty is the answer to everything. You have to deal with roof leaks every time it rains, trash in the breeze ways for days, dog poop everywhere but the "dog park" they recently added. The front gate almost NEVER is working but thankfully I haven't noticed any break-ins. They are very unorganized and currently about to go up in price. I suggest you spend your hard earned money somewhere else cause this place is a joke!
