I absolutely hated my time spent at Lexington. For starters the apartment was NOT move-in ready when I arrived first day, the even lost my dang key. They had to call a locksmith to come out and open up the apartment. I had a bedroom door where it looked like someone punched the door, loose tiles, drier was not drying properly, the list goes on and on. They will try to ease you over with "new owners" but it's still a few of the same lazy office workers and maintenance crew I have ever met. They are horrible with repairs and pretty much think silly putty is the answer to everything. You have to deal with roof leaks every time it rains, trash in the breeze ways for days, dog poop everywhere but the "dog park" they recently added. The front gate almost NEVER is working but thankfully I haven't noticed any break-ins. They are very unorganized and currently about to go up in price. I suggest you spend your hard earned money somewhere else cause this place is a joke!

This is a very nice apartment LOOK. However before moving look at all reviews and consider them especially on the Lexington park website. These reviews don't tell all. They built these nice apartments with cheap material. The walls are paper thin. The walls don't have enough sheetrock and you hear people above you walking, opening drawers, etc. You will only have peace on the 3rd floor. Maybe, depending on unit and type of tenants around you. If someone some smokes, you can smell smoke (although it's supposed to be a smoke free community) through the vents. Neighbors are noisy and tenants above you as well depending on unit. Mine are. You hear EVERYthing above you. Complaints are taken, but nothing is done ultimately. Maintenance haven't been an issue this far although in one month, I've had more than one issue. They were swift. The gate works, but it's pointless because the small doors to the side of them are ALWAYS open. Looks like it's missing a piece to keep it shut or a lock, dk. Staff is nice and very helpful (Best part of stay). No vent in Kitchen sucks! Nats come out of nowhere, but it's manageable. Worst apartment experience I've had. Definitely get info on tenants around your unit. 3rd floor advised. Definitely not as peaceful as it looks or as nice as the viewing shows. Issues form after a lease is signed. Definitely won't renew a year lease. Definitely not worth the money. You pay for the look and it has no quality. View your unit before committing.

The apartments are nice and we have had very few problems with the apartment itself. The office asks you to text them maintenance issues, but they don't respond and don't send anyone until you call and ask if they got the text. They put out news letters that say things like Safety is Important, but 90% of the security lighting doesn't work and they always have a reason why they can be fixed yet. The maintenance people are very friendly but they leave trash and tools all over when they leave. The gate they installed is never closed. The landscaping is nice in the front half of the complex but the back half has dead trees and empty spots in the flower beds from plants that were removed and never replaced. There is very poor communication coming from the office staff. They never follow up with you unless you call them. Overall the apartments are nice, just wish they were managed properly.
