I love living here! I'm so close to everything which is great because I dont have to travel too far to get to where I want to be. My apartment is so spacious and I have a patio. And there's a pool here and they have some gas grills.

When new management took over in 2016 the office staff became inattentive.
The grounds are kept up but that's it. Haven't fixed the broken fences, plumbing is awful... with a German roach infestation to boot. Peeling paint and obvious water damage can be seen

Had the upstairs apt flood mine... all the did was send someone out to vacuum the water and didn't bother to change my carpet or the neighbors upstairs! That should have been an automatic... and they let way to many late teens move in.. which is a headache
