I am in the process of moving from Torrance CA to Little Rock AR to be closer to my mom. When I arrived on Monday my apartment was flooded but Natasha and the management and maintenance crew worked very quickly to get me and my mom in another very nice unit at no charge. They made sure it was minimal inconvenience for us. I have a huge attached garage for storage while my apartment is getting new refrigerator, carpet and flooring. I can't think of anywhere else I'd like to live. Me and my Mom are very pleased. Thank you Stonebridge at the Ranch.
Avoid this apartment complex. From the first time that we called to inquire about an apartment to the day that we moved out, the ladies in the leasing office consistently lied to us. After move-in, we noticed that several legal documents that they required us to sign were filled out with incorrect rent, pet deposit, security deposit, etc. They spend a significant amount of time and money to make the exterior of the community look spectacular, but are very hesitant to fix issues inside the apartments. The appliances are dated, the carpet is musty and old, and the paint started peeling off the walls in the first month. Previous reviews note that maintenance is timely. I would agree that the maintenance personnel arrive quickly to investigate maintenance requests. However, resolution of the problems took days or even weeks. Even their parent property management company (IRT) has an 'F' rating from the Better Business Bureau and numerous complaints have been filed against them without resolution. This may have been a great place to live a few years ago, but our experience living here was extremely poor because of the bad management and horrendous conditions of the apartments.
The site is very well thought out and easy to use. You offer great floor plans, ok pets and have attached garage, if desired. Look forward to seeing the apartments and possibly becoming a long term resident.
