I've lived here for over a year now. They were purchased shortly before I moved in. Since then they have been bought twice. The new owner tried to charge $25 a month for trash pick up. There are at least 280 apartments. If they are all leased that would be $84,000 a year for TRASH PICKUP. They put trash boxes beside each apartment door. We now have ants and roaches in the hallway going to our apartments. The office staff are all new and have no clue what they're doing. There are a lot of empty apartments for a reason. They should be called Ghetto Point.

Maintenance crew is a joke. Weve had maybe 8 maintenance requests and half of them are for when they had to come back to fix the same thing because they didnt do it right the first time. Office management has changed quite a bit since we first moved in...not impressed with the current staff. We voiced frustrations with maintenance, and the manager blew off our concerns. Maybe if they focused less on events and more on managing their staff, things would better. Were very happy to be moving at the end of our lease.

Horrible office staff. Rude, unprofessional and unmotivated staff and maintenance.
