This place is not an ideal place for living. After I signed my lease I later received an email saying I owe more money. Then after I moved in it seemed like everything just keeps breaking and it takes management so long to come out and fix things. Abby and her crew will find any reason to jack up the price. Lastly some of the neighbors are not clean at all. I honestly feel like my rent is entirely too pricey to be living in this environment.
First it was Memorial Day now here it is the 4th of July and the pool is not open yet again. What's the point of having a pool if it's only open during business hours(9-6)and most adults here are at work themselves? Not to mention its closed on Sundays. And don't bother asking the property manager when the pool will stay open past the office hours, she'll only get defensive and ruder than she already is, and go on a rant about an attorney being the hold up. Excuse me? Oh, and speaking of, she has an excuse for everything and a straight forward answer for nothing so don't waste your time talking to her. Why be in a customer service role when you lack customer service and people skills? Just stick with speaking with the young lady and young man in the front of the office. You'll have much better luck and understanding without feeling attacked for asking simple questions about a community that you pay to live in and for an amenity that you pay to have which technically doesn't benefit the working residents. Below I've attached an inexpensive, easy to install emergency phone that I found on AMAZON(with a simple search on google by the way :-) ) in an attempt to help expedite the process (Emergency Pool Phone - 911 Only Cellphone with Weatherproof Outdoor Enclosure Phone Box Cabinet) Maybe she can forward this to her "attorney" and we can get the ball rolling before summer ends.Thank God I only have 3 months left on my lease. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
THEY dont fix anything! Nothing works. The apartments have black mold ans yellow water.
The living experience is awesome.
I have just been here just a month, I have no complaints so far...
