Management is Horrible! I lived in this apartment complex for two years. I wasn't a problem tenant. I never missed a rent payment and was never late. I didn't have a problem with management during the years I lived their, 2014,2015,2016. When I moved from the apartment the staff walked through the apartment to look for damages found nothing. Three months after I moved out I received an email with a moved out statement charging me $250 for damages to a broken window. I immediately called and spoke with Jodi Bourne, staff at the time, who told me don't worry about it. She think it was the result of lawn service. Fast forward to December 2017 and I try to get an apartment and this notice shows up on a report from rentgrow that I've never paid the $250. I called and explained my situation to Alecia and Natasha, several times. I needed this removed from the report. I was told that they no longer had my records and they referred me to another company. That company swears they left the records at the complex. After that run around, I contacted Natash back and she said the records or off the premises and she will pull my records. In the meantime weeks have passed and I was rejected by the new apartment I wanted to move into, costing me time and money. Now fast forward to today Jan 23, 2018 and they continue to give me the run around. I simply want this negative, untrue statement removed from my report. It is unfair that Chenal Lakes have the power to ruin a person reputation without substantiated evidence. BEWARE ! DO NOT TRUST MANAGEMENT AND GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND TAKE PICTURES OF THE APARTMENT AFTER YOU LEAVE! Today my situation has yet to be resolved.

The worst property I've ever rented. Roaches! Rental in office are rude! Apartments are old and tacky! Not worth your 600 a month. When you move out there's not even a call to let you know about any remaining bill. They send you to a collection agency! When I lived here. Seems like every month something was broken
