Courteous office staff but the residents letting dogs poo poo any and everywhere was a turnoff.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. You can never reach a live person. They have no defined processes in place. They violate your privacy. They don't show up for scheduled appointments and the list goes on. There is a reason they have so many apartments available. It is run extremely poorly.

The lack of security and grass full of dog poo poo is disgusting.

Overpriced with dog poop everywhere and horrible parking. Big disappointment once visited.

The community use to be very nice. But just over the past several months has become very undesirable, should not even be in West Little Rock.

Ive been here for a while now,, ive seen a bunch of management changes and owner,, that makes it worse, most of our request before was taking forever, like simple sink garbage disposal took 3 months to fixed.. im giving 5 star bec thats not the case anymore! You have issues they will fixed it right away, they have the best manager.. vendya crump is the best!! She handles everything with possitivities.. considering a bunch of angry tenant bec of previous managemet, shes handling it great!

I love their pool !! I am so glad I chose this community as my new home.
