What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Jacksonville

My rent is cheap. I live in a townhouse. I live close by restaurants and gas stations and I'm a few min

It's normally quiet. There is lots of space between homes so it doesn't feel all boxed in. There are lots of trees

I am literally a block from the lake. There are all types of restaurants and bars . The lake is nice for walks, biking, picnics, fishing, etc. There is a grocery, drug store, and urgent care a block away. Also ,UPS, hardware store, gas station, vet, and nail salon.

the boat launch at the end of the main street is a really popular spot. you go there ride a bike, have a walk, catch some polka men. kids play in the park there

It's walking distance from a state park (practically in the back yard). The long term residents are almost all friendly, caring & helpful. It's very affordable.

love about the neighborhood is it's lovely and comfortable. No litter , quite that's really what I love about my neighborhood .
