What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About Greenland

I like the culture and people of my neighborhood. I really like the diversity and mix of different ethnicity. I like our neighborly help each other out attitude

My neighborhood is very walkable and close to alot of downtown attractions. Anytime I am around the neighborhood I always see friendly faces

Close to schools park water park many fast food joints close to grocery and clothing stores. Don't have to travel far

I like having friends close by so they can let out my dog or help me do something. I like having lots

mountain trails behind our apt, very quiet and peaceful view of pond/ fountain/ mountain/ sunset from our porch

It has a lot of older people that live here and not a lot of kids that just run loose. It has bigger side walk that is a plus in case you meet others on them.
