I was looking into this place. I tried calling several times and leaving messages. Got an email back from the manager named Joy. Gave her cell number but everything you tried to call it would say the person does not have a voice mail box set up. After trying to email several times I got am email back someone would return my call soon but never did. Even got a couple back that said failed. Very DISAPPOINTED in customer service. I do not recommend. Not reliable

The worst management ever! I applied online but never got an answer. It is so hard trying to reach them and when my call finally went through, she said she was not in the office and she would call me back, she never did. I even went to the office twice in person and nobody was there. Don't waist your time and money applying for this apartments unless you get a hold of them and apply in person.

The ONLY reason I am giving this place a 4 star rating is because Hector, the maintenance person is the only reason I get anything fixed in my apartment. If I call the "property manager" (Marlene) they will not answer and then will call me back. I had a problem back in May and followed up twice with no response. I saw Hector and explained what happened and he got it fixed for me, no problem and no complaints. The only reason anyone lives here and continues to is because of Hector. This is only ONE problem I had with this "property manager". But Hector makes me love living in this complex. He is so friendly and always a joy to talk to!

Ive lived here for 2 years & it has been by far the best place Ive lived in Fort Smith. The complex is quiet, well kept, & in an awesome location, close to everything. Marlene & Hector have been great & very quick to address any issues. Ive literally never felt unsafe here, & in my 2 years, have never seen a single cop car or disturbance of any sort. Cant recommend this place enough.
