12-18 month lease, 6-11 short term and is $50 more monthly
My wife and I have been at Reserve at Steele Crossings for 4 months and the maintenance is the best we have ever had in the past 8 years living in Apts. Also the management Ashley, Shania, and Holly are the greatest! So caring and have fun events here for the tenants! Pool is always clean and warm. #BestAptsInAR
Prompt maintenance and very good customer service.
I have lived at The Reserve for a couple years now and have really enjoyed it here. The neighborhood is very comfortable and friendly and it just feels like a home, unlike many other apartment communities Ive lived in over the years since moving to Fayetteville in 1999. ( I even know people who have moved away and then moved BACK to The Reserve!) The grounds are clean and well cared for and the amenities are well beyond my expectations for a rental. Ive met and become friends with many of the other residents around the neighborhood and in particular at the social events and meals the staff regularly hosts at the clubhouse. FREE Holiday meals, random burger or pizza parties at the pool and whaaaaaaat?! TACO TUESDAYS?! Ummm, hello, have you been reading my diary? Its always nice to mingle with the community and especially with the friendly staff here who remember you and know you on a first name basis. Its no surprise to see a lot of regular, familiar faces at these get-togethers. Holly, Ashley, and Joela, and even the maintenance guys go above and beyond to make sure everyone gets to share in these events and even send food home with people when there is plenty left at the end of the night! To summarize: Your search is over... this is the place :)
Overall, I had a good experience at the Reserve, but felt I would be able to pay less for an apartment of comparable quality, which I am. While nice, paying $820 per month on a 570-square foot apartment is a little much even factoring in the fantastic pool and gym. You get the feeling you are paying for the great landscaping. Maintenance staff was great. Office staff was overall friendly and generally helpful, but repeatedly failed to resolve an issue with consistently loud, obnoxious neighbors.
A few times it took apartment management staff several weeks, if not a month to take care of an easy problem that I asked them to do for me.
