The Wayland Apartments is a former student housing community turned conventional apartment community. What used to be a "lease by the bed" housing option is now conventional housing. Enjoy a luxury clubhouse featuring 24-hour fitness center, game room, coffee bar, business center, and more. Apartment units are available in 2, 3, and 4 bedroom options, as each bedroom includes an attached private bathroom. Pricing is now per unit per month.
This is the worse place ever. I will never recommend to anybody. Complete disaster. They always overcharge you for nothing, even after the end of your lease! I regret choosing to live there.
This place is a disaster. And any positive reviews you see is because theyre bribing us in the office with prices in exchange for good reviews. The security is horrible, management is unresponsive to complains, stolen packages are any other damages on their premises and they will overcharge you for absolutely nothing! Dont waste your time here its not worth it and youll regret you spent the money
The apartment is a great place for college students and I highly recommend to UCA Students
DON'T LIVE HERE. UNPROFESSIONAL. These people may have a nice facility, but the type of things that happen here are ridiculous. Room checks with no call or warning (just walks in) . Overages on lights that are inconsistent, and any eviction or overdue bill notices are tacked on your door UNFOLDED for the world to see. Let's talk about the amenities... 1st off they try to charge you $50 for a rubber arm band to use the amenities (NOBODY USES IT) and if you lose it they threaten you with $50. They never like when their amenities are actually being used, because they come out looking for armbands whenever the people are having fun. It's definitely not just for college students anymore(ages 65+ live here) you CANT choose your roommate, so if they're evil, a theif, old, or a drug dealer good luck . On move out they literally expect you to clean everything better than you received it AND even if you do you still manage to get billed $200 somehow. Just pay rent a final time after move out as crazy as this sounds. Great environment UNPROFESSIONAL maintenance. For the maintenance, you could live somewhere cheaper for the same experience in unprofesssionalism.
The apartments may look nice but don't be fooled. The first unit I moved into here had not been cleaned and was crawling with fleas (they gave me a different unit thankfully). They will charge you for ANY thing they can. Watch your bill! They charged for "electricity overages" every month (funny because I was gone for a full month and they still charged). Really sad because the facility is nice, but it is overshadowed by the poor managment.
