What Renters Like and Dislike

What Renters Like and Dislike About College Station

Neighbors are very friendly. Everyone speaks to each other and watches out for each other. Also lots of people walking and biking in the neighborhood

I like the nearby bar, which is really busy. I can go there with my friends to release pressure and liberate my mood

It's quiet and it's cool but it's not a bad thing. I love the way it is. But I'm sure it is not going to be a very good neighbors in a few years

I love they is a lot of thing to do and multiple people to communicate with and you can meet a lot of new friends.

That it is safe. It has parks around. There is always kids outside playing. I get to meet people out of school.
