In three years I have never had a issue with management fixing or taking care of my concerns.
the staff are very helpful. Anytime I have a maintenance problem they fix it quickley and leave me a note telling me they have been in my apartment.
They were super nice and helpful from the beginning. Regardless of how many people they saw a week they learned me and my spouse so quick! Felt very neighborly and maintence is quick to assist any problems
It's way too expensive. Not a good value. Improved amenities would not help because rent just should not cost this much. I moved in because of the price, but it has gone up significantly since then, in huge jumps each year. It's not the fault of the staff. It's just the price. I think the complex owners just don't care that people can't afford the rent here. There are also people who have 3-4 cars and leave their cars in the public spots and never move them i.e. never enough parking.
Management shows their concern with all problems and they work until they have a solution. Maintenance is usually quick, responding within 24 hours most of the time. I wouldn't say it's worth $700 a month for a one bedroom/one bath apartment, though.
