We are discouraged by this characterization of our community. We do our best to ensure all homes are in pristine condition for new residents, and we regret falling short of your expectations. Due to the pandemic, some non-emergency maintenance was slightly delayed. However, our dedicated maintenance crew has always remained committed to resolving reported issues promptly. You'll find it is standard for the deposit paid upon move-in to be applied towards cleaning and repair costs when a resident moves out should the condition of the unit warrant it.
