Verde Apartments

I have not had any issues with noise or people bothering me it's very quiet and homey.

Maintenance was always quick to respond, office staff was friendly and knew everyone at the complex. The outside was kept well maintained and clean. My apartment was in great condition when I moved in and my neighbors were very friendly.

If you are someone who enjoys having hot water or who takes issue with being treated without human decency by the property manager I do not recommend Verde apartments. They should think less about their Peloton bikes that no one uses and more about providing basic needs, like hot water, to their residents.

If you work from home, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. The landscape crew (that is here 3 times a week) just aimlessly walks around with their leaf blowers for hours. My customers have constantly asked me if there is a chainsaw running. That is with a noise cancelling microphone. The apartments are what you would expect for the price. The neighbors aren't too terrible. Been here 15 months, and the only return communication I have received from the office came when I was asking about renewal, after I sent 4 emails.

The staff is super friendly. Nadia and Jessica are the best! The property is beautiful and so quiet, my family definitely feels safe here.
