The management team was rude and the water heater worked 40% of the time. They never did anything to do it. Parking was horrible.

Let me start by saying that I rented the 1209 sq. ft. 3 bed 2 bath apartment on the understanding from the brochure they provided me from the office (they did not have an available apartment to show me) that the master bedroom measurements were 14' x 14', the second bedroom was 15'6" x 10', and the third bedroom was 12' x 10'3". Large enough to hold all of my families bedroom furniture so we would not have to purchase anything new. My girlfriend went there in the morning to sign the lease and I was planning on going there after work that evening to sign my portion. After she signs she informs me she thinks the rooms look very small. I measure them before going to the office and the MB is actually 10'4" x 12'3", the second is 12'11" x 9'11", and the third is 10'3" x 9'. None of our furniture will fit. I inform the office of how far off their measurements are and Keny in the Office is very understanding and says she will need to speak with her supervisor. The supervisor, Beth, is rude and never once looks at it from the point of view as all the information to the apartment we received from them was incorrect. All she could say was "it is a legal binding contract" or "corporate said". I asked if she would call her supervisor and speak with them and she did. I asked for their name and number, and she informed me she wasn't authorized to give that out. I've never heard of anywhere where you were not allowed to inform someone who your supervisor is. But I did get corporates number. Not for sure what good that will do. I guess with the misrepresentation of the size of the rooms, me not signing my portion of the contract, and literally only a few hours passing, what ever happened to doing the morally and ethically right thing? I could tell just by the body language and her tone that Beth was enjoying the power she had in the situation in telling us we couldn't get out of the contract. I hope you enjoyed your moment Beth.
