The managers are very passive aggressive and rude. They will do anything to say you violated their lease so that they can charge you extra money. They charge a pet deposit and monthly pet fees, which is normal, but then add a 50$ fee to your rent for not cleaning up dog poop. EVEN IF IT WASNT FROM YOUR DOG! I do not recommend dealing with the hassle of living at SpringHill apartments.

Since the new management came in it seems like it's impossible to have anything taken care of Maintenance wise before New Management any requests made were taken care of right away. The pool seems to be out of service more than it is in service every time I have the free time and want to get in it's closed. Rent keeps going up however quality of living here keeps going down doesn't make sense. The staff here is amazing they are all very friendly and do what they can with what they have available

For the last 2 years SpringHill apartments has been my home Ive lived in a lot of places nothing compares to springhill it is a very nice quiet place to live washer and dryer combo will be missed for me lol at the end of Jan am moving closer to my new current job I will miss Springhill Apartments I felt Ive been spoiled the ladies you guys have been the kindest office ladies Ive ever met special thank you to Frances I will miss seeing you on the weekends you have been extremely nice am sad to go but it has been a wonderful 2 years living at SpringHill Apartments all you ladies have been wonderful thank you
